I have stayed at this hotel many times on for work. I have been very happy with the service - everyone I have interacted has been helpful and friendly - and room - beds are comfortable, the shower has good pressure. The breakfast is hot, has variety, and is actually available until 10am. The employees running the breakfast are friendly and kind. The hotel is just off the highway exit and right behind several restaurants.

Drama-free stay, without any excitement, just the way it should be. I had to interact with front desk staff on two different shifts, and everybody was nice, polite, and helpful. The free breakfast had enough variety so there was no need to go out (both hot (eggs, potatoes, sausages, etc.) and cold (cereals, juices) food). Multiple card-controlled entrances, so I could park close to my room. The most important part for me in any hotel is cleanliness and this hotel was very clean: my room, bathroom, hallways, and the pool.

9/7/2025 Have stayed here multiple times; very clean and well run. I have been a Hilton Honors member for 25+ years, am a Diamond for Life member, since 2012 have stayed in Hilton properties an average of 120+ night per year, I stay at Hilton properties 99% of the time. Hilton is losing their way, I need to book a multi-night stay in the Chillicothe area, have checked the Hilton website multiple times regarding rates, called a few days ago and asked why the rates are now so high, was told Hilton corporate sets the rates, we have a lot of corporate travel which drives the rates. I attempted again today to make an online reservation but the rates are still too high. Looks like I’ll being staying at the Holiday Inn Express at $47/ night less than Hampton Inn Chillicothe

Great location, friendly front desk, the room was clean enough though the shower pressure was pretty light. We were given a first floor room that adjoins which allows a lot more noise through than usual. We could hear the normal volume conversations of our neighbors very clearly. I will definitely request a non adjoining room on a higher floor when I stay here again. We’re used to very comfy beds at Hamptons and were disappointed that the beds here were so hard that even our teenager woke up with hip pain. Will still stay here again though, complaints are minor. Coffee was good as always!
