Ended up having to phone the place and the guy was just hanging in the staff area where he should have heard me calling out and knocking for sure. Had a bit of an attitude during the process too. Once checked in it was okay. Got some sleep and headed out with no issues.

- ELEli L.M.Nov 5, 20253.0The first room we were in was truly disgusting - the whole thing smelled like a public restroom, and the bathroom specifically smelled like sewer and mildew. It also didn't look like it had been cleaned very well. However, staff was extremely apologetic and moved us to a much nicer room on our second night that we didn't have any problems with and was more appropriate for the price we paid. It also sounded like some of the staff had raised the same complaints about that exact room before but hadn't been taken seriously, so who knows if our complaints will fix anything. I do really appreciate staff making things right, but am still disappointed that quality and basic cleanliness was such a gamble when this was the most expensive hotel on our entire trip.
