- CFCNN FrankNov 8, 20254.0Went to a family wedding nearby and did not want to drive back to Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky that same night, decided to get a room and upon checking for vacancy and accommodations another family member connected and suggestion was made to split costs and get room as well as travel together. This is the third Hilton property I've used recently and is not with the added expense as it is really no different from any of the others I've recently used other than having a fold out sofa bed with a citation to pull in order to separate the sitting area from the bed area. Felt more like I was in a hospital room. This might be appreciated if I needed an extended stay as there is a full sized refrigerator with freezer, set of dishes to serve four and microwave. Then there was the confusion when I made reservation. I had originally planned to travel alone and be the only occupant but before I completed the reservation I switched to a regular suite with two queen beds and a fold away sofa bed in a separate room and had to keep going back and forth to make sure their system didn't keep switching it back to original setting. When I completed the booking everything was correct and looked correct for several days until my credit card started getting random amounts pre-authorized and then reservation was for one adult not three and I had to call the property to get the details properly recorded. Nothing showed as be correct until after check in sufficient had to be done in app. I won't be using that again

- MGMarc GreenOct 5, 20254.0Nice hotel. Room was large but I was a bit surprised that there wasn't more artwork or something on the walls because they are pretty bare. The bed was very comfortable and pillows were top-notch. One of the two doors to the bathroom didn't lock which was too bad but obviously got a deal breaker. When we checked into the hotel, I was surprised that there was employee that was seemingly being trained but no one acknowledged us for maybe a minute and a half to two minutes but after that the young woman being trained was very pleasant.
