After getting home and looking at my credit statement I was charged an additional $124 that was manually entered on my card. I paid $194 and change for the room. Was only there 8 hours, didn't get anything extra. Not sure why I was charged more. Will try again to contact someone.This is ridiculous

Quiet no noise from other rooms next door or above, Absolutely amazing breakfast buffett. Great service at check-in got a few extra pillows and sheets for my kids. Took one star because one of the elevators was broken, and the AC unit in the bedroom made a very loud growling sound so we had to makse sure it was off at night.

Our first room smelled strongly of urine. We were switched to a different room. It smelled better, but as time progressed, the same smell began to surface in the bathroom. The shower curtain stunk and the baseboards and area around the tub were very caked up with dirt and debris. The room just didn't give a confident clean feel. The breakfast food was not good.

Breakfast is good with options. But there is road noise, some noise comes through floors and walls. We had to figure out ways to quiet tables that were vibrating from equipment and used sofa cushions to block light coming around the drapes and under the door.
