  Fire Alarm malfunction woke up everybody at 2am... It stopped finally after full investigation by the fire fighters for 1 hours... Bad Chief offered awful food... plastic packing still left inside the beef burger when i was chewing it…. worst experience ever...

  I just wanted to say how kind, thoughtful, and informative the morning crew are at the restaurant. Reina was who I initially met. I came down wanting breakfast burrito, but was unable to due to what time it was. I chose the continental breakfast, but she was so sweet, an assured me I’d be able to get one the next day. She took down my order, and left it with Sabe who would be there the next day. Sabe remembered me from the day before and was prompt and kind even that early in the morning! She had my order ready to be fired. It did not take long at all, shoutout to the kitchen! Food was amazing. I had a wonderful experience with the both of them, and wanted to highlight them 🙏🏾

  Older hotel could use an upgrade, showing its age my shower floor was embedded in dirt toilet was crooked. The staff is Friendly the area around is full of Shopping and dining . I’d recommend a different hotel. There’s plenty in the area.

  The Belden Village Mall is near by. The Charleys in the mall was ok. Not great. Lots of food options near by. I personally would avoid the Panda Express. The Chic fil A is good. IF you are a kid at heart I would suggest stopping in at Sir Troy's Toy Kingdom, which is near by. The main lobby is apparently comfortable to hang out in. During the evening hours I saw several people hanging out, seemingly having a good time. The beds here are like boards with a thin layer of padding on top. I am looking forward to being home and in my bed again. I've heard that the food here is not great. Passable is the best I've heard about it. The water pressure in the shower is amazing!! The set up is a little awkward. The toilet is almost touching the tub. The shower controls are on the same wall as the tank of the toilet, so you have to lean over the toilet to turn the water on and try to set the temperature. The tp roll hanger is on the other side of the toilet on the wall next to the tank, so you have to be a gymnast to reach it, because it's behind you. We took the roll off the hanger and sat it in the cubby under the sink next to the toilet (much more convenient). There are attractive, modern dispensers on the walls in the bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand washing soap, and body lotion. All of which are Dove products. I thought that was really nice. nice. We were here for a week. As we filled the garbage can I took the bag out, tied it shut, sat it in the hallway next to our door. Whenever I stepped out of the room next, the garbage had been picked up and disposed of. Thank you. All in all it is a middle level hotel.
