From the moment walking in the hotel was pretty dirty, trash bags all over the place cases of beer left in the lobby and down the hallways. Get to the room and the room is dirty has splatter all over the walls and headboard. Room is falling apart. The heater makes a constant awful noise. To top it off two neighbor units are having their dogs have a bark off to see who could be louder. Went down to the front desk and no one works there shouted hello 4x and waited 10 minutes no one came to the desk. Ended up leaving the hotel for the night! Absolutely a waste of money. Called the front desk and the lady told me she doesn’t know how to work the system they use has to wait for the manager to come in the morning. Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. Will be filing a complaint as well.
