Our first room smelled strongly of urine. We were switched to a different room. It smelled better, but as time progressed, the same smell began to surface in the bathroom. The shower curtain stunk and the baseboards and area around the tub were very caked up with dirt and debris. The room just didn't give a confident clean feel. The breakfast food was not good.

Breakfast is good with options. But there is road noise, some noise comes through floors and walls. We had to figure out ways to quiet tables that were vibrating from equipment and used sofa cushions to block light coming around the drapes and under the door.

Noise level is insane on the Everhard Road side of the building, no one at the desk for help, no one answered the desk phone when I had a question about the impossible to use TV. At the location, they offer a social hour where they offer food and drinks 3 nights a week, total disappointment. Dried up food and empty pans, only 1/2 way through the time offered.
