- EEErikNov 8, 20254.0Enjoyed my stay. Here for a week. This is an older, remodeled hotel. Very good value. The entire staff was very nice. Shuttle guys were very polite and nice. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Next to mall. Rooms were nice, clean, comfortable. Cramped bathroom, but was fine. So many shops, eateries to walk to nearby. The hallway carpet could be cleaned, (shampooed, restretched in some areas) on the guest floors. Would stay again.

The front desk manager Megan, is such a doll and so helpful. She literally goes out of her way to always help our crew. She even helped me with getting the room I like. She always takes care of things with ease and patience. Lee the shuttle driver is AMAZING. He is always wanting to do the best with our company to take us where we need to go and make sure we arrive to the airport on time. Thank you guys so much. The only reason I put four star for the rooms are the outlets. Need a couple more in the rooms. But honestly not a big deal

Every single employee that I came in contact with greeted me with a smile. My room was clean and well appointed. During my stay I got an opportunity to take advantage of their seasonal local IPA on tap and it was superb! The food was delicious and priced reasonably. I will definitely be back when traveling back to the area.

My room was spacious and inviting, the cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it felt like I was at home. The check in process was fast and the front desk staff was incredibly friendly. They also suggested a few things for me to check out since I am not from the area. They were extremely informative and an absolute pleasure all around. The general manager was one of the best experiences about my stay. She made me feel as if I was at home and made sure that we had everything we could possibly need. If I could rate my stay 20 stars I would. I would suggest this hotel is a must stay while in the area!
