The room was nice and cozy, the bath room had mold in shower and giant water stains on ceiling, the exit doors slam so you will hear people coming up the stairs, the front desk is rude so be patient with incompetence as a IHG member the didn't offer and complimentary items, simple things like water was a task and met with unnecessary attitude, and there little store had no health options. Also bar food was sub-par don't get the pizza

We had an extremely disappointing experience. Our room was not ready until 3½ hours after the posted check-in time, despite multiple check-ins with the front desk. We were in town specifically for a breast cancer fundraiser, and had planned our schedule around being able to get ready in our room.
Instead, we waited in the lobby for hours with little communication and no real sense of urgency. As time ran out, we were forced to get dressed and ready in the lobby bathroom — stressful, embarrassing, and completely unacceptable considering we had paid for a room that should have been available at check-in.
What made the situation worse was the response from the front desk. Rather than taking ownership, they repeatedly blamed housekeeping. Guests shouldn’t be hearing internal excuses or watching staff shift responsibility. Room readiness is ultimately a management issue, and accountability matters.
We understand that delays can happen. But 3½ hours late, paired with poor communication and deflection of responsibility, reflects very poorly on the hotel’s organization and customer service. This was an important event supporting a meaningful cause, and the added stress was unnecessary and avoidable.
We expected far better professionalism.

This is my 1st stay here. I can relate both good and bad experiences here. My room had no hot water. I tried different times of the day...for example 9-10pm, anywhere between 4-6AM. Nothing consistent. I asked if I could have a room changed but they were booked the entire week. Lukewarm water at best by the way...2nd the bartender didn't put my order in for 45 minutes. It was only when I seen customers being served food before me that I said something.and she blamed it on the new cook. Next morning I spoke with manager and cook and they gave me a certificate for a free meal. No other complaints. Otherwise great stay.

I am an IHG rewards member and spend a TON with this company. This location is a huge disappointment... they only have lays potatoe chips and regular m&ms for snacks. The excuse is they have a "shipment coming " the front desk attendant was too busy playing games in the back to acknowledge me or the issue with empty shelves. Not worth your money! Stay somewhere else!

I would not recommend staying at this property. The hotel consistently appears to be short-staffed, and unfortunately the front desk team has not been welcoming during my visits. Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM, and late check-out requests are rarely accommodated, even when occupancy appears low.
I travel frequently for business, as do many members of my team, and flexibility and professionalism matter. Based on our experiences, we will not be booking here again.
Moving forward, we will be choosing brands like Hilton and Marriott International, as we’ve consistently found them to be more accommodating and customer-focused. Unfortunately, we have not had positive experiences with Holiday Inn properties.
