I was surprising my girlfriend for her birthday weekend and the room was absolutely amazing, the lady at the front desk ms Tammy was extremely accommodating, she was fun and real and that’s rare to come by, she called me before my reservation to ensure me of the policy being she had previous issues with people who was unaware so I appreciated that, she was very helpful and had an amazing personality I told her I’d for sure be back just to see her thank you ms Tammy

The front desk worker TAMMY is rude, racist, and homophobic. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE BLACK, GAY, OR HAVE CHILDREN. I booked my stay a week in advance and she canceled my reservation screaming at the top of her lungs that they do not allow children, she refused to help my girlfriend and I and another black couple. She was belligerent and rude no matter how much we tried to reason with her, and upon asking for higher management she refused to get anyone and demanded we leave threatening us.

We booked the Jacuzzi Suite King Bed w/a balcony overlooking the pool. The location of this hotel is perfect 👌🏾 Literally, any & everything you could possibly need in walking distance. The hotel is aged, so normal wear & tear (you get what you pay for) but it’s really reasonable. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast staff were extremely friendly. The young man who was the room attendant this weekend (Valentine’s Day) gave the best customer service. We typically stay at a hotel of higher quality but we were only in the area for the weekend so this was a great value. We would definitely stay again when visiting Columbus!!
