    We checked in around 6-6:30pm and the receptionist was kind, prompt, and efficient. We proceed to our room where you had to try the card several times before it opened the door (that sucked but oddly felt more secure). The food options near the hotel were great, definitely something for the whole family. The room appeared clean so that was a win. The next morning breakfast was sausage patties, eggs, sausage gravy, a variety of danishes, yogurts, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, and various breads. Oh and the ever loved waffle makers. We spent a good amount of our day in the pool which was clean, with plenty of towels, and the temperature was pretty good compared to what it felt like outside. After we settled back into our room for the night the hotel remained quiet (The entire time actually). At some point after we drifted off to bed I awoke and proceed to watch a little tv, that was fine until I noticed a bug on the edge of the bed. We ended our staycation at that moment. Minus the bug I’d give 5 stars. As a smoker their requests about not smoking in the rooms is very reasonable. Just don’t do it. I probably won’t return but it’s not a horrible hotel.

    upon entering my room and my 2 other co-workers rooms, all rooms smelled like mold, & cigarettes. The bedding was half washed and all the pillows were covered in stains. Upon explaining the situation and requesting to end our stay at the hotel, we were met with accusations of Racism & overall Hatred. 10 out of 10 would not recommend anyone staying here

    I am a Diamond member because of my stays at this Best Western, but due to 2 incidents that occurred at this location within 24 hours, I will not be returning and I will be filing a bank dispute. This place has been ran to the ground thanks to the new management and horrible employees. At 12:30AM today I was displaced from my home and I looked to this Best Western for sleep overnight. I was told when I called the location that if I booked through the app and arrived by 1AM, I could get a room. I arrived before 1AM and the incompetent guy at the desk said he couldn't find my reservation despite confirming it over the phone. I was left to then try and find a place to stay with a friend, and I had to call the corporate property help desk to get a refund! Flash forward to just hours later on today, and I booked another reservation through the app. Upon arriving, the staff LIED and said they were going to charge me to deposit fee since I "booked 3rd party." I did NOT book 3rd party and I showed them the confirmation number. They then talked in their native language and decided to charge me anyway and I refused to take the room and left. They then called me and told me to come back or they would not refund me. I will be filing a bank dispute and I will NOT return to this location. I feel so sorry for Tammy that she has to deal with staff that behave this way.

    My husband spent a few days at this crappy motel and every night employees were right outside his window ( he could visibly see) smoking weed and the smell permeated in to his motel room. Then Tammy kept the security deposit because the room smelled like weed. Well of course it will when you have people - employees smoking it right next to the room window. It’s a scam they have going because they charged through the deposit and it posted even before they spent a night there. DON’t STAY HERE! And Tammy is not very Hospitable. I Do Not Recommend!

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyday I returned to my room there were always fresh towels waiting for me. The interior felt sorta European.
