  As a family who travels often we CAN NOT say enough great things about this hotel. We have NEVER stayed at a better Holiday Inn. From the Front Desk Staff to House Keeping to the Gentleman at Breakfast. This hotel deserves more than 5 ⭐️'s. This will be our go to when staying in Cambridge every time.

  I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Cambridge, Ohio while attending a work training. As a solo young woman traveling from New Jersey, the area was completely unfamiliar to me. When I booked my trip, I didn’t realize how limited rideshare options like Uber and Lyft would be, and I quickly became stressed trying to figure out how I would get to my training. Thankfully, the general manager Chrissy went above and beyond to help me in ways I truly didn’t expect. She made sure I had a reliable way to get where I needed to be, shared helpful local transportation options, and even followed up to check in on me. Without her support, my trip could have easily been unsuccessful. The entire staff at this location is absolutely incredible. The hotel is conveniently located right across from a Dollar General, which was very helpful, and I was able to use the gym to keep up with my workouts during my stay. The complimentary cookies and water were such a thoughtful touch and made me feel right at home. I can’t say enough good things about the service here, especially Chrissy. Thank you again for making my stay such a positive experience.

  Hotel was nice and quiet. Breakfast was fairly decent. Staff was friendly. 1st time I stayed here. The woman at the desk thought I looked familiar from last wk. Was interesting because I wasn't at this hotel. I was in Athens the wk prior. Ill likely be back here in about another year for business. I had fresh towels. Only stayed 2 nights.

  We had an exceptional stay there. There were 3 of us and a service dog. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Nathan at the front desk. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the amenities very nice. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good.

  Both the Zanesville and Cambridge locations are managed by the same management company, yet their policies are applied inconsistently. The Zanesville location allows bookings of 30 days or more. At the Cambridge location, I was told yesterday that I would be booked for a 30-day stay, but now they are saying this property only allows bookings for 7 days at a time. This inconsistency is very unprofessional and feels like they pick and choose which rules to enforce. Additionally, the male hotel employee at the Cambridge location has been unprofessional, which has made this experience frustrating and unacceptable.
