Love the new coffee machine!! Coffee and hot water 24 hours live the options on the hot breakfast and has options for grab and go!! Love having a mini bar with micro wave and mini fridge. The fall colors are amazing and very close to Cambridge down town for a cute downtown vibe and the Dickens experience!!

This hotel hasn't been upgraded and remodeled yet so the rooms still have a cozy feel to them. KUDOS to Cassie, Sarah and Tiara for their hospitality and engaging conversations during my recent visit. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Just plain nasty! Had to war your shoes when in the room. Glad we only had to spend one night, just to sleep.
- AAAmySep 21, 20253.0My partner and I appreciate peace, quiet, and a good night's sleep. Also, we always request to be on the top floor in hotels because they are more quiet. We go to bed early and are not disruptive. We were put on the middle floor this time, because we were told no rooms on the top floor were available. Not a big deal, we can be flexible. The problem was that a family with young children and permissive parents was put in the room above us. The children ran around the room for an entire hour at midnight, which woke us up and kept us awake for awhile. Due to our poor sleep, our drive home was very challenging. We felt like garbage the entire next day. When we told the person at the front desk about the issue with the noisy children, she didn't apologize or offer any refund. The hotel could do better by putting families with young children on the first floor so they cannot disturb other guests. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great. The coffee machine was great. But the main reason we came here was to get a good night's sleep, and that didn't happen.
