- VBValerie BiggsFeb 9, 20265.0We had an exceptional stay there. There were 3 of us and a service dog. All the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Nathan at the front desk. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the amenities very nice. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The breakfast was very good.
- LMLeah MyersFeb 6, 20261.0Both the Zanesville and Cambridge locations are managed by the same management company, yet their policies are applied inconsistently. The Zanesville location allows bookings of 30 days or more. At the Cambridge location, I was told yesterday that I would be booked for a 30-day stay, but now they are saying this property only allows bookings for 7 days at a time. This inconsistency is very unprofessional and feels like they pick and choose which rules to enforce. Additionally, the male hotel employee at the Cambridge location has been unprofessional, which has made this experience frustrating and unacceptable.
- MRMichael RDec 16, 20252.0The staff is great, the rooms are ok, but the noise is AWFUL. U will listen to the super loud automatic door slams, footsteps above, and weird neighbor sounds all day and night. Not for the light sleeper or other sound sensitive people.
