The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want when traveling—quiet rooms, a good breakfast, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. I especially want to highlight Cory at the front desk. Cory was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. He made check-in smooth, answered all my questions with patience, and really went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such a positive first impression and continues that level of service throughout the stay. Because of the excellent customer service—especially from Cory—I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast options were plentiful and the periodic sound of train horns in the distance made my stay here very peaceful. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through Bucyrus, Ohio and I would definitely stay at this location again.
