  I called to see if someone could help my dad with his friends and family discount during a power outage. Just help him make the reservation show him how to switch the rate. He's older and hates technology. If I was in town I would have done it for him. The front desk girl was new but assured me the person coming in would be able to help. When he went to check out the woman gave him a military discount in stead of the friends and family. He is a marine vet but the friends and family price is cheaper. When I looked up the room it should have been 63 with tax. He ended up paying 110. Be careful this property is dishonest. I would not recommend.

  First the positives, the staff was friendly and linens and towels were clean. The hotel is very “tired”. The bathroom shower had mold in the corner of the grout and around the drain. There was hair on the floor behind the toilet. There was a handprint (from dirt) on the shower wall. The shower hook on the door was corroded and the ceiling was bubbled. The ceiling may have been due to the fact there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. It appears there may have been one but got removed, there is a blank spot in the light switch panel. There were also crumbs along the base of the bed. I wanted to adjust the thermostat in the middle of the night, but it had an error message. Breakfast was minimal and there was only 1 yogurt and 1 carton of milk left when we went down at 7am. Also had to wait for eggs to be brought out Although this did not become issue as the room was quiet, I am a rewards member and my profile says I like a room away from the elevator and the room I was given was directly across from the elevator.

  It was my birthday yesterday so me and my fiance called the pool was open so we go get the room mind you the first room we got had dirty boxers just laying there so my fiance went down and got another room ...mind you the whole reason we got the room was to swim we end up getting a new room and my fiance and I get dressed in swimming clothes and I end up stepping on a earring the pool isn't working its supposed to be heated so we keep in touch with the very unprofessional woman at the front desk ....we go to the pool a couple more times still not fixed I take a nap pool still not fixed and I call down wanting a refund and she calls the cops and has us kicked out saying we was harassing people which is a lie I do not recommend this hotel to anyone very dirt and staff are disrespectful now im gonna have to goto the hospital the day after my birthday cause I walked on a pool floor with a earring on it

  I don't get the lower average review score for this location. It's pretty nice. Pool, while unavailable one day of my stay looked nice. I used the workout room and is adequate. Breakfast was excellent, typical for Continental breakfast but it was well stocked and fresh. Room was very clean as well. The overnight staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay again.
