- JEJordan EdmondsNov 18, 20251.0I’d highly recommend staying elsewhere. I’m not a picky person generally but this hotel shows serious signs of neglect. I will not be returning ever again. I come here for work occasionally and I’ll find a different location. Rooms and hotel in general smell heavily of mildew. Had to leave my Window open all night just to be able to breathe and not smell mold/mildew. Pool is broken often and my coworkers door handle was literally falling off. He’s on his 3rd room in 1 day because he’s had so many issues. Something as simple as hanging the door blocker tab on the trim of the door is done wrong. The tub is filthy. Grout filled with mold. As I said I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. I’m a platinum elite member and this hotel does not live up to the ihg standards. I’d recommend ihg sends corporate out and makes them remodel or remove the ihg name from this location.

Not a giant issue being on the third floor. The door had to be pulled or pushed hard to close and locked. The elevator sounds like it could break down any moment

The floor in the room was dirty. It could not have been vacuumed. We are putting this hotel on our list to not return on our future travels.
