I spoke with one of the cooks and ask if I could pay her to make some bacon 🥓 and she ( Yvette) said i got you i appreciate her so much for that great personality and was a pleasure to speak to !!!

She was absolutely wonderful — friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. She made sure everyone was taken care of and started the morning on such a positive note. Employees like Mary truly make a difference. Thank you for such great service!

Asked on multiple occasions to put the ac on and was told why dont i just go to planet fitness. I travel most weeks, and stay at ihgs, why wouldnt i use their gyms. But this location is gross.
