  My sister and I stayed here for a week while she was visiting her boyfriend. Both rooms were perfect for it with a small kitchen set that includes included a countertop oven, dishwasher, and fridge. The fact that they included silverware bowls, etc. was also a nice touch. The hotel is recently renovated so some of the photos don’t do it justice. I just forgot to take photos. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous with the renovations. Also, in a great location there a target across the street as well as TJ Maxx and pet store and it’s not too far away from anything as well. Kept running into (I believe) the manager on the third floor a few times one day and he’s extremely nice as well as the staff. We’re in Ohio a few times a year and this is the best Hotel experience that we’ve had in Ohio. This is going to be our new go to.

  This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The customer services were terrible. I tried canceling my reservation and wasn’t able to. They do not work with paying customers. I would not recommend this hotel. EVER

  Lobby smells like BO hallways smell like curry and weed BUT room was clean and did not smell and had a full kitchen, desk area and a recliner. Also the pillows were great.Front desk was very efficient and friendly.

  The rooms are clean and equip with anything you would need for your stay. There is a microwave, fridge, little oven top, and dishes in the room. We have a family member in Cleveland clinic and this was located close and we were able to stay for a good price. Th hotel accepted pets so we don't have to leave our dog behind. Very happy with our stay.

  From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by Malik (I believe that was his name), who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my entire stay. His excellent service alone would make me want to return to this hotel. Everything felt clean and brand new, and any concerns we had were addressed quickly and professionally. The location is also fantastic. We were visiting mainly to explore Cuyahoga Valley, which was only about 15 minutes away. There’s also a beautiful shopping center less than a minute away with several high-end stores. Some of the negative reviews seem to be related to the hotel remaining open during construction, but honestly, the noise level during our stay was not bad at all. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and Malik truly made our stay exceptional!
