- SCSap CsOct 6, 20251.0Booked a room for my daughter's friend's and her to go have fun for the weekend. I've used this location before, no issue. This weekend! Was not good! Booked the room on IGH. Checked around 7pm. Lady at front desk was nice. Went to go swim around 8pm. When got the pool there was a sign saying the pool was closed. The lady at front desk was going but, there was a sign saying the pool was closed and they was away from the desk. Came back around 10pm. Let her know the issue. The sign for the pool was not there when I checked in. Lady stated the general manager posted online the pool was down. Informed her and showed her the sight doesn't say that or wouldn't have Booked the room and wasted money. I asked if I could cancel and go to a different hotel. Stated I could leave i would still be charged for the night. Stated she would give me discount on the room and points for the inconvenience. Stated she would change the 2 night stay to one night. The plugs in the room did not work so we couldn't charge our phones. When it was time it was time to check out. I asked the new lady that was working the shift of the lady from last night had everything fixed. I was told she could help and honor what I was told. She could only see i had one night stay nothing. Not only was the inconvenience courtesy not honor! The lady changed my reservation from a 2 night to a one night but charged me more money for one night! Very upsetting!
