They seemed understaffed even on a holiday and we had to wait for staff for our 4D movie and VR experience. They also seem to have less staff dedicated to cleaning up and organizing the Legos. I did appreciate the cafe (food is way worse at the resort). I would say a solid place for kids to spend 2-3 hours.

To ensure our guests have the best experience possible, we have limited the number of visitors that can be in the Center at one time. All guests buying tickets online OR at the door will be required to make a reservation for an entry time.
Discounts are available for tickets purchases online in advance on select days & times!
If you purchase tickets at the door, you will be able to purchase tickets for the next available time slot. During peak times, we may sell out of walk-up tickets. The only way to guarantee your entry is to purchase your tickets on advance online.
