  Excellent hotel! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel is staffed 24/7! Would highly recommend, enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Can’t wait to be back in the near future. Thanks team!

  Rooms were very clean, the lobby was always tidy, and the public bathrooms were impeccable. I was truly impressed by how well maintained this hotel is and by how committed the staff are to providing a great stay for their guests. I didn’t catch the names of the housekeepers and the houseperson, but they were very friendly and always quick to assist us. Patrizia and Jessica rock at the front desk! They are friendly, helpful, and my check-in experiences with both of them (we had two reservations with different start dates) were a great start to an excellent stay. We also interacted with other front desk agents over the phone to request a late checkout, and they were just as helpful. I really appreciated that they were able to accommodate our request. Overall, this hotel was one of the best experiences I’ve had with IHG.

  The location of the hotel was excellent, with a 10-minute walk to the Woodside Station. The staff were great, as they were really helpful in providing very useful tips for those who were visiting NYC for the first time. The room was excellent, with a spotlessly clean bathroom, spacious space for luggage, and a microwave oven too. The breakfast spread had both sweet and savoury choices.

  This hotel is in a great location, the offer a shuttle from the LGA airport, safe location, walking distance to the subway, the neighborhood is quiet, convenient and breakfast is superb. My stay did have a few hiccups with the heat in my room. The extremely kind staff did everything they could to help the situation. Brandon and another gentleman over the night shift. Both went upstairs to help me. Unfortunately I had to change rooms. Brandon went and turned the heat on as I was getting my things. He saved me from having a not so good day. Sometimes things happen, it’s how the staff responded that made this a memorable visit. I did not get my drivers name but he was the best shuttle driver I’ve had (I frequently visit and have come across many drivers. He was helpful, gave me some recommendations for my visit.

  Shuttle took 30 minutes even though they said it would be 10-15 minutes. The staff at hotel were kind and super helpful letting us get breakfast even before we could check in as well as tagging our bags for early drop off. Breakfast was alright it definitely got us by. Subway is really close but it’s a little of an uphill trudge. The bus q60 is a block away from the hotel for easy commute as welll with Omny fair charge. Q70 the free fare bus is about a 10 minute walk away same spot as the subway. Our room was only cleaned once on the third night we were staying out of 4 nights total so a bit of a bummer. The shuttle service to leave was running on whatever program the driver made up. The front desk clerk told us to wait outside for the shuttle it’ll be ready in a few minutes. After waiting in the cold I went back in for the front desk clerk to tell me the driver just went to the restroom and would be right out. The driver came out and said the next shuttle will leave in half an hour. The snacks at the hotel convenience are extremely inconvenient prices especially when you can just walk right out to dollar tree and make the same purchase that they are charging $4-$7 for.
