- MCMarilynn CollinsNov 9, 20253.0My room had no clothes hangers. When I called for them, I was told that I would be receiving some shortly. That happened the following day because my boss had to go down. He had only one hanger in his room. One morning there was no coffee or breakfast prepared at the time of service. We were guests for 6 days. I night staff wasn't at the desk for long periods of time to supply needed items for the room. The water pressure and heat of the shower was low. After a long day of working, I would have loved a hot shower.

I wish I would have gotten the women’s name that was handling the breakfast, she also deserves recognition for her hard work, welcoming and helpful ways. I do have to say that out of all the breakfast buffet that hotels offer, this by far was the freshest, eggs cooked correctly and didn’t upset my stomach. People you know what I mean🤪. Will definitely come back to this one when we find ourselves back at a Bills Game. Go Bills!!!!!!
- JGJacob GabelOct 3, 20252.0Don't be fooled by these Google reviews, look at IHG's website/rating. This place needs a serious cleaning and remodel. It is beat up. There is zero customer service here. The first day we discovered we were given only 2 towels and no hair dryer. We called down to the front, asked for towels and a hair dryer and the person at the front desk was not the friendliest. 30 minutes go by no towels, no hair dryer. Called again, he said that he checked and didn't see a hair dryer but would call housekeeping. Another hour neither show up. Next day I walked to the front desk and the front desk agent walked to housekeeping and grabbed towels. They were soaking wet, claimed they were clean but just hadn't finished drying. For almost $300 a night, this place was not worth it. Also, we were there 3 nights at not once was our room cleaned.

The breakfast was supposed to be open by 9:30 but they were done by 9 am. Double booked one room and it was a embarrassing situation for our guests. We will definitely NOT go with them in future. Will give a 3 star for the rooms Only
