The reviews about poor water pressure and lengthy waits for hot water remain correct; on the 3rd floor, hot water took about 7-10 mins. Door slam noise is extremely loud. Bathtub stopper was broken. We left for a different hotel after night 2 of our 5 night stay.

The 2-bedroom suite was comfortable and well-maintained, it has a nice kitchen with nice basic essentials you need, the facilities were consistently clean, the pool, dining area, and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. What really made the experience special, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Thank you all! They also serve complimentary breakfast which was nice! Social nights with snacks like tacos burgers & sodas were also fun! Staying long-term can sometimes feel impersonal in a hotel, but here it was the opposite. The staff made an effort to get to know us, and that personal touch made such a difference. It’s rare to find a place where you feel both well-served and truly welcomed. We are so grateful for our time here and for everyone who made our stay so memorable. If you’re looking for a place that’s not just a hotel but somewhere you can truly settle in and feel at ease, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again.
