    Continental breakfast where a woman stands over you watching and trying to upsell hot breakfast. She then places the order for you at the same window as the patron could, brings it out along with a bill for a tip despite it being charged to the room. This is a way for the Hilton to keep wages low. It very much gave motel. Not a good look.

    We traveled here for our son to visit Hofstra University. It happened to be the weekend of the blizzard (We are still snowed in here) and I have to say we travel all the time and this hotel made sure we were comfortable, warm and had hot meals. To see the staff and even the manager come together as a team shows at a time like this they stick together. We will be using this hotel for the next four years since our son will be attending Hofstra University. Thank you everyone and see you in August… Alabama Family..

    A good value hotel. The elevators and lobby were a bit dirty. The hallways and rooms appeared to have new carpeting and smelled very new. Chelsea at the front desk was super nice and helpful.

    I chose this Hilton property mainly because I have been to a few on Long Island and most are in need of renovations. When I looked online, it stated that the rooms were renovated, do I booked without any hesitation. I arrived at the hotel late in the evening and was assigned a renovated room on the 1st floor. Not my normal choice, but I was fine since it was the only renovated room left. The front desk person was pleasant and recognized my Diamond status and gave me two waters. As I walked toward the room, I noticed the carpet was new, and there were many trailers outside as they were still doing renovations. As I entered the room, I saw new carpet and some new furniture, but the desk and cabinets were all very worn with chunks missing from the fake wood. I then checked the bathroom and saw that it was not renovated. It seemed to have the same sink and toilet. The worst part was the there was still a tub with peeling paint and rusting hardware. I went back to the front desk to ask about the bathroom and was told they had not remodeled these parts of the room. It seems they did the carpet, bed and some furniture. While I was not happy about this, it was late and I didn't have much of a choice, so I stayed in the room for the 5 days of work. The bed was comfortable enough, but I really wished they had renovated the bathroom. Unfortunately, I won't stay here again until they do.

    I stayed there Dec 20 to 29 2025 I wish they would of told me about the all day construction going on from 8am till 7 pm all you heard banging on the ceiling all day long when I call the front desk they said they work till 7 pm. The first night I was there the toilet overflow I called the front desk the girl she would take of it 30 minutes later no one came there I went in the hallway and found someone working somewhere else and he helped me . Terrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend
