  Stayed here for one night and it did the job for a short stay. The rooms are pretty basic, but the beds were comfortable and I got a good night’s sleep. That said, there are a few things worth noting. The bathroom showed some wear and tear, and the central heating system was quite loud, which took away from the overall comfort. Service was fine—nothing standout, but no real issues either. Breakfast was very basic, and unfortunately the pool was closed during my stay, which was a bit disappointing. On the plus side, there’s plenty of parking and the location is convenient—very close to the highway, yet surprisingly quiet. Overall, it’s a solid option if you just need a place to stay for a night, but I wouldn’t consider it more than a three-star experience or somewhere I’d choose for a longer stay.

  I was waiting for 20 min to get checking. The person in front of me was having a hard time with the front desk person that seems to be of no help she went 4 times to the lady in the back to ask something. The lady in the back could not be any lazier. The hotel could be on fire she would not get out of her seat. My turn came and the lost my reservation. They said they could not find because the hotel was full. But at the same time I could go online and see 3 room available. The place seems run down. And those 2 at the front desk summarize the whole energy of the place. I went across the street and got checked-in in 30secs.

  The hotel has many areas that need attention or works. Almost everywhere you can find something that's either not clean or broken or inferior compared to other Staybridge locations. I feel it should be not a stay bridge. It should be downgraded to a No Frills cheap hotel. Both elevators out of service (And our toom was on the 5th floor) The roof in the corridor is leaking and there is a large garbage bin in the middle to collect the water, and the bin is already half full. This is when there is no rain storm or anything, most likely caused by leaking plumbing. Baseboards broken in common areas Breakfast tables chipped The swimming pool has no hot tub. The towels were not in stock. The reception staff wasn't available on desk to check us in for a few minutes, no bell to ring as well. Staff not courteous or welcoming. The gym has broken machines Parking lot is full of snow.. not cleared promptly (there has not been a snowstorm in last couple of days) I don't think this specific hotel deserves the price it charges

  Drove 11 1/2 hours to come watch a buffalo game. Stayed three nights . First night wasn’t so bad just a water leak from the roof. Second night heat didn’t work a leak continued. Trash wasn’t taken out after asking. Third night no power all day, night time snow was coming in the room from the vents with water leak still. No clean towels so I wouldn’t recommend anybody stay here
