Everyone has a rough time once in a while, main reason I come here is for home away from home while I work. This place is fairly clean, and the staff did their best. After a 9 hour drive I was looking forward to getting into the hot tub to relax my back. 4 day stay, the hot tub amd pool were out of service for maintenance. This is important to me as hotels dont jave tubs anymore, just showers. I really wanted to soak my body after work and the long drive. Staff had no clue what was wrong with the pool or when it would be back up and running. Come to find out when I called to book and asked if they had a pool and hot tub it wasn't working. I guess its my fault for not asking if it was functional when I booked. I went to iron my clothes for work, to find that the iron in my room is broken. Holiday Inn had a rough week. 483.00 for 3 nights plus New York Taxes on taxes. Im sure they will fix all the problems before my next visit. On to the great stuff. The beds are very comfortable, clean. The hot water is constant, breakfast is very good as well. They have those new coffee machines that brew the perfect cup every time. The town doesn't have much, but there is a family run restaurant near by called Paul's. Its authentic Italian and Let me tell you about seafood just down the road from the hotel called Reds. Very good offerings. If you need a hot tub or pool, ask if its working before you book. I got let down a bit but hey no one is perfect all the time! See you all next time .... if ypur pool and hot tub are fixed.

I usually don’t leave reviews unless I feel they are warranted. Our room was exactly what you need., if you are looking for clean rooms and beds were extra comfy.
