If shopping is your interest, we are minutes from the Webster Towne Center and about a 15 minute drive from the best shopping in Rochester at Eastview Mall in Victor.

It was served between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m. They had waffles, some type of egg everyday, fried potatoes, difference meat everyday, oatmeal, cold cereal, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, English muffins, toast, and bagels. The hotel was extremely quiet. The only thing that I, personally, didn't like was the beds were hard, but maybe to others they may like a firmer mattress. Definitely would stay there again if I was in the area. My 2 shih tzus were loved by the staff!

However, this year, as soon as we stepped in the door I encountered an odor that was quite unpleasant. It was throughout the hallways and in our room. It was a cross between smelling like a pool and smelling musty. The employees are always very nice and helpful.

We couldn't get asleep most of the time. It's horrible. There wasn't many guests that day. The parking lot is mostly empty. At checking out, the hotel said they would refund some points as apology. The funny thing is, my account was DEDUCTED 10,000 points after this! After contacting with the Hilton, they provided me a case number and then closed the case without any move.
