  Not impressed. i stayed here Easter weekend and my room was dirty. Floor wasnt vacuumed and there was crums and hair all over my bed and i asked the girl in the Rick and Morty shirt for multiple things and she ignored me every single time. She even rolled her eyes and sighed like it was such a difficult task!!! couldnt believe it. Asked the other brunette girl with glasses without a name tag and she was more than happy to help us. Rick & Morty girl sat talking on her phone for hours not doing anything. asked her to vacuum my room and changed my sheets and towels, came back and nothing was done. The girl without the name tag had to do it, and she didnt complain and again, was more than happy to help. If she wasnt there, my review definitely wouldve been lower. She was a very sweet and helpful girl and i wish she had my room so i couldve tipped her well. Was not tipping rick and morty girl. Clearly Rick and Morty girl just doesnt wanna work and if thats the case, SHE SHOULD NOT BE THERE!!!!! DO BETTER HOLIDAY INN.

  This has always been my "go to" hotel in Watertown. My last two visits, I noted that the sheets were not changed on my bed. This last visit, it was clear my room hadn't been vacuumed in a while and there was still toothpaste in my sink, from a previous guest. It would appear that housekeeping is taking short cuts. Dissapointed.

  This place was really nice other than the dark skinned housekeeper on the second floor singing all damn day long at the top of her lungs. I think her name started with an M or N. She was short and had braids in her hair i believe. Also she went into my brothers room when he clearly had the Not Ready Yet sign on his door as well, and there was a kid a few rooms down from me screaming bloody murder too. The employees really need to be mindful that there are actual people in these rooms that dont wanna hear you singing hallelujah music all day long. I needed to take a nap for an event but i couldnt because everytime i started to fall asleep, she was scream singing again. Ridiculous, truly. I definitely should have complained to the front desk but i didnt want to get anyone in trouble. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the pool was heavenly. the gyms a little small for my liking but what can you do. Breakfast was mid. Not great. No one likes biscuits and gravy and eggs every single morning. Edit: i remembered her name was Margie

  So pleased to find this hotel. They are perfectly situated one minute off I-81 in a cluster of good restaurants, with gas stations on the way in. Close to everything in Watertown, and convenient to everything in the North country. I got there at 10 p.m. Friday and found parking available. Front desk was very accommodating - they had guests for a sports tournament, and put me on a separate floor to assure quiet. (Maybe he was afraid I'd wake the kids with my snoring). Room was very nice, very clean and unexpectedly spacious. Sorry I was there only one night, it would have been comfortable to spend a week there.
