- AAAshleyJan 3, 20263.0Overall, it was an okay place to stay. Check in was excellent. Very simple, fast and friendly. First, room was on main floor next to lobby and house keeping. No view at all. Room had food garbage left over from guests before us. Pool was green and had food in it. I had notified front desk but the food remained. Also, felt rushed to get out in morning by house keeping. They stated they thought we checked out, in fact had not yet and was not even close to check out time. Breakfast was fine and as expected from Holiday Inn. Location for us was excellent. Overall, will stay again but hoping the Overall experience next time changes. The cleanliness of Room and state of pool was extremely disappointing.

Crystal, the front desk staff, was incredibly helpful and really helped us out when our panic-booked Expedia reservation wasn’t quite right. On top of the great service, the hotel was super clean and had one of the best breakfast buffets that I’ve seen. The beds were super comfortable!

All types of shopping (Salmon Run Mall, Tjmaxx, target, Sam’s, Ulta, Khole’s, Sephora, Walmart, Home Depot ) kids indoor play park(in mall), multiple restaurants (Olive Garden, Texan Roadhouse, Dunkin’s) Very convenient location, 5-8 mins away from everything. The rooms were clean, stocked , and ready upon arrival. The staff is friendly, attentive and goes above and beyond. 5/5! Breakfast was AMAZING, great selection! Gluten free options, dairy free options and take away bags for convenience. We drove 4 hrs during a snow storm and the staff was amazing apon arrival, we checked in a bit late due to weather but they were accommodating and offered us any warm beverages, or snacks for the kids. The value of the stay is great but what make’s this place is the staff! Will be back!
