We were assured the entire pool area was hot from the heat of the hot tub. The water in the tub is like warm and there is no tub in the room. So we waited money and are leaving 2 hours after getting here as there is no point. The water in the pool is neither warm nor cold. I do not recommend this place for relaxing im more stressed out now than when we came. Stay home people! I was sold a fugazi with a free breakfast i dont even care to stick around for.

Ana was working the front desk and was excellent - I accidentally booked the wrong room, and she was able to switch us to the correct one right away. She even checked in afterward to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen area included a dishwasher and stove, which was a great convenience. We also used the pool and hot tub, and both the kids and adults had a wonderful time. We’ll be returning to this area in a couple of weeks, and we’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again!
