- KKKarisa2 days ago1.0I called tonight and got a room because my guy is hurt and needed a good hot soak. We called to ask if the hot tub water was actually hot. We were assured the entire pool area was hot from the heat of the hot tub. The water in the tub is like warm and there is no tub in the room. So we waited money and are leaving 2 hours after getting here as there is no point. The water in the pool is neither warm nor cold. I do not recommend this place for relaxing im more stressed out now than when we came. Stay home people! I was sold a fugazi with a free breakfast i dont even care to stick around for.

Ana was working the front desk and was excellent - I accidentally booked the wrong room, and she was able to switch us to the correct one right away. She even checked in afterward to make sure everything was perfect. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen area included a dishwasher and stove, which was a great convenience. We also used the pool and hot tub, and both the kids and adults had a wonderful time. We’ll be returning to this area in a couple of weeks, and we’ll definitely be choosing this hotel again!

We called around and found vacancy here. The front desk and all employees were great. Clean room. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.

Meka at the front desk kindly changed my room, but the next room also had a leaking sink and a noisy fan. These are newly renovated rooms so not sure what happened, but Meka was amazing! She was so helpful and kind. She got me into a new room asap and did everything she could to make sure I was comfortable. Location is good considering it’s near where I need to go and has lots of restaurants near by. Service was excellent. Thanks Meka!
