- LRLaura & Carlos RuizNov 9, 20252.0The room I got when I checked in was not cleaned. The bed wasn’t made and there were crumbs and empty bottles everywhere. When I went back down to tell the front desk, they told me that they are sorry and that they were told it was cleaned. They also said that it was an issue because they were fully booked that night. They stated they had 2 rooms not in use because of general repairs. They checked to see if any of these rooms could be used and they said that one was fine for me and my son to stay in. When I got into the room the shower was dirty and the mirror had toothpaste on it and so did the sink. The beds were made and I could see where some repairs were being made. I just accepted it because I had no other option. I talked to the manager in the morning and was only offered 5,000 points because I am a IHG member. I was expecting a refund since I paid to stay in a dirty room, but was not offered that. I have been an IHG member for 8 years and have stayed at this hotel before and this has never happened. Just disappointed I didn’t get my money back for not having the room that I booked and expecting me to stay in a room that also was not cleaned.

Not great cable and it looks like the tvs will be upgraded soon from my recent experience in many holiday inns but a pretty standard holiday inn which is always nice to vegin with.
