While I did receive a discount on my room rate for the problems I encountered, I do feel fellow travelers should be aware of the condition of this place, as well as the indifferent attitude of the staff. Electrical outlets and USB ports that don't work, a bathroom shelf mounted so that anyone over 5-foot 4 will whack their head on it every time they sit down; black mold in the shower; in-room coffee maker broken.

Perfect location. Close to many restaurants, the NYS Thruway and Rochester expressway. Yet...very quiet. Great breakfast too. A side plus.... We left an item in our room. Called later that day, they located it, called back within an hour to let us know and we picked it up the next day as we drove home. I know this happens alot but we appreciated everyone's effort with this.

I need a place where I can come 8 to 10 times a year. I thought I found a place and I booked 3 more stays. After spending $600 for 2 nights and getting the worst room ever I just don’t know. I picked a different room, but they decided to change it and was told I would get the previous room I had before. They said they would email me. No email was sent. Instead they gave me a room by the pool. The smell of chlorine was so bad. I couldn’t watch TV causes the kids were loud. I was told that wouldn’t happen but it did. Best part, there’s a lamppost outside the bedroom window and a little light was coming through the window. I tried a few things to block the light but no luck. I didn’t sleep well that night. I couldn’t change room because everything was booked. I just wish someone would have called me and told me I was getting the worst room ever. I would have cancelled my reservation and gone elsewhere. I spent $600 and I got the awful chlorine smell and light in the middle of the night. So disappointing.
