    I haven't stayed here honestly but the lobby bathroom is clean and the lobby coffee is fantastic. Stellar even!

    Stopped here unexpectedly cause the roads were getting bad with snow. Front staff lady was such a sweetheart, our first floor needs were accomidated. And it was such a warm welcome with the fireplace in the lobby. Hot tea and coffee served all hours Hotel itself was very clean and smelled nice. The pool was an added bonus and our little one enjoyed the warm pool water! One of the best hotels we stayed at!

    Wonderful hotel. Great location too! Right near a Walmart, Kohls, restaurants. Easy access from highway. Front desk staff is terrific- especially Brittany. She was very patient and helpful and kind! Nice hotel-beautiful lobby with warm fireplace. Have stayed here a few times and will return

    I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Victor, NY for about two months during an extended stay. I had stayed here several years ago and had a wonderful experience, so I was confident choosing it again. Unfortunately, this visit didn’t live up to that memory. Pros: * Check-in was fast and the front desk staff member was friendly. * The hotel’s common areas and our initial room on the 3rd floor were very clean. * The one-bedroom suite we upgraded to had a comfortable couch, a great TV, a spacious closet, and plenty of drawer storage. * The courtyard area with the pond and walking path is a really nice feature. * Breakfast was generally good, though it varied day-to-day. Room Concerns: * The mini-fridge in the suite still had food (half-eaten cheesecake) left behind — a sign housekeeping missed something. * Chipped paint on door frames and peeling paint inside the bathtub. * The AC unit’s control panel was flipped, making some settings unusable — the bedroom got warmer than the rest of the suite. * Wet bar showed noticeable wear and tear. * Dining chairs were unstable and felt flimsy. Pool & Hot Tub Issues: * Peeling paint in the hot tub. * Water levels in the hot tub were inconsistent — either way too high or very low. * The textured stone Flooring in the pool area were loose and uncomfortable to walk on. * Pool railing felt unstable. Management & Communication:
This was the biggest disappointment. There was a lot of confusion about our checkout date and charges. Different staff members and managers gave different answers, and we were told to check out earlier than our confirmed departure date. We were also unexpectedly told to pay additional charges to stay the nights we were already scheduled for. I truly wish I could give this hotel a higher rating because my stay here in 2021 was fantastic — absolutely 5 stars back then. But this time felt like a noticeable decline in both management and maintenance. I hope the hotel is able to address these issues, because it has great potential — but based on my recent stay, I would recommend looking into other options in the area.
