  My husband and I enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was more than I was expecting and we loved the indoor pool. I had an issue with the billing (looking back it may have been on my side) but both the representative and manager I talked to were patient and understanding, the problem was corrected in a very timely matter. Would definitely recommend

  You know the hotel itself isn't bad. It's just the people around making uncomfortable. Certain guests. I've stayed here quite a few times. I like the hotel itself but everything around it outside is like a Party Zone. Every time I walk to my vehicle no matter what time of day here there's always a car in idle with somebody sitting in it. It's like every time I walk to my vehicle it's like they are watching me every time and it's very uncomfortable. I don't know if it's just a coincidence. Or if it's a drug dealer or drug is just using drugs in there all the time. All I know is that back corner parking lot needs to be regulated thanks

  Great stay. The hotel was clean and quaint. Joe was amazing. My kids loved seeing him at breakfast and he so spoiled them!!! It was great. Would stay again.

  “Grandpa Joe” was the breakfast attendant and he brought joy to all of us, especially the kids. The food was fantastic also. Great service, nice facilities, very clean & spacious room that was up to date. Everyone was very friendly and made us feel like family.

  Absolutely amazing stay at Best Western Plus. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The biggest highlight was a true Christmas miracle. I accidentally left my suitcase in the parking lot and only realized it eight hours later. I called the hotel completely stressed, and that’s when Peter stepped in. He had found my suitcase, secured it, and made sure it was safely waiting for me when I returned. That level of honesty, responsibility, and care is rare and deserves real recognition. The service overall was outstanding. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you as well to Patricia, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help. She made the entire situation feel calm and handled with care. Clean rooms, great atmosphere, and a team that truly looks out for their guests. This experience restored my faith in hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Best Western Plus to anyone.
