- SCScotty C3 days ago3.0You know the hotel itself isn't bad. It's just the people around making uncomfortable. Certain guests. I've stayed here quite a few times. I like the hotel itself but everything around it outside is like a Party Zone. Every time I walk to my vehicle no matter what time of day here there's always a car in idle with somebody sitting in it. It's like every time I walk to my vehicle it's like they are watching me every time and it's very uncomfortable. I don't know if it's just a coincidence. Or if it's a drug dealer or drug is just using drugs in there all the time. All I know is that back corner parking lot needs to be regulated thanks

I accidentally left my suitcase in the parking lot and only realized it eight hours later. I called the hotel completely stressed, and that’s when Peter stepped in. He had found my suitcase, secured it, and made sure it was safely waiting for me when I returned. That level of honesty, responsibility, and care is rare and deserves real recognition. The service overall was outstanding. The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you as well to Patricia, who was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help. She made the entire situation feel calm and handled with care. Clean rooms, great atmosphere, and a team that truly looks out for their guests. This experience restored my faith in hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Best Western Plus to anyone.

We have a 4 year old and when we went down for breakfast, the breakfast attendant asked if he’d like grandpa waffles and made him special waffles and turned on “kid news” for him. This was just a stop on our way home but we will definitely be back due to the kindness of staff and the cleanliness of the hotel! Great area as well.
