    I had a poor experience just calling and asking questions, so I won't be staying here. I called and asked if they had jacuzzi rooms. The guy says they are booked for the night. I informed him I wasn't calling to book for tonight, just to ask if they had the suites. Then I asked if there was availability on 11/22. The guy tells me that's a weekend and he doubts it. He looks it up and says there is one left. I ask to book it. He takes my first name then asks for my last. I say the first part of my last name and he moves on. I informed him that I have two last names and I would like to provide the rest of my name. He informs me that it's busy and easier for him to put just one last name, telling me it's not important. Well, it's important to me. I just felt so rushed and unheard. Very disappointed.

    This Best Western Plus in Victor was an excellent value! Everything was pretty much as advertised. The complimentary breakfast had several options to choose from. Our room with the King size bed was comfortable & had a decent refrig. & microwave. I did use the convenient Blink EV Charger to charge my EV. One frustration the owner could easily fix was Non-EV's parking in the charging spots. Another frustration was there were several parties in our hall where the guests were getting a bit loud even late at night. This kind of frustration is common to Hotel stays I guess. Overall a good value!

    This is, by far, the best Best Western we have ever visited. It is ALWAYS immaculate, constantly keeping up with the times and wear and tear. It's just like new.....inside and out. We ALWAYS stay here when we travel East. You can tell the owners have pride in their place. Keep up the good work!

    When we turned the heat on the heater sounded like a jack hammer. We called the desk and they told us to come down for a new room. Within the few minutes it took the room we had been promised was no longer available. Not sure why the ratings are so high. The front desk person was personable but really blew it as we are now stuck with the same room. Very disappointed! The maintenance person banged it and it’s now quiet, but we are not impressed!

    An amazing place. The staff here a so wonderful. They treat my family like Royalty. They adore my girls. One is a medically fragile child who made quite the impression her first stay here by needing an ambulance ride because she pulled out her tubes during the night. They were so calm and respectful. Now whenever there isn't room at the Ronald McDonald House we purposely chose to stay here. They treat guests like family. My girls actually call on staff "Papa Joe!" Right from their second stay here.
