- WFWorld's FairDec 10, 20255.0I called the front desk as I would be very late to check in thus adding stress to my already hectic workday. I wish I would’ve gotten the woman’s name who assisted to me as she was excellent, friendly, human and intelligent. She asked if she’d like her to do advance check-in for me so I could go right to my room and rest. Upon arrival she was still at the desk and had recollection of our conversation and already had keys in hand. The sum total of my check-in couldn’t have lasted 2 minutes. Not only was she efficient but also displayed sincere hospitality, an art sadly lacking in the “hospitality industry”. Room was basic but clean. Really, who cares though when you’re greeted that warmly.

This year we stayed here for Thanksgiving. This stay has by far been one of the best hotel experiences we have had in a long time. Very friendly and generous staff who have been more than willing to help with whatever we have needed from forgotten toiletries to batteries for kids toys. All shifts of the front desk staff were amazing and housekeeping was so helpful and ready with offers of fresh towels and trash emptying even when we declined room cleaning. We haven’t stayed in a Holiday Inn for a long time because we are rewards members of another hotel chain, but this will definitely not be the last time. The level of customer service was very appreciated! Also appreciate the large clean rooms and reasonable room prices.

Only downside was it smelled like weed as soon as you pull into the parking lot. Then again, at 2am when it seeped into my room. The smell must have awoken me because it was so potent as if someone was smoking outside my door.

Our room was very clean as was the laundry area. Enjoyed the pancakes in the morning & watching the cool machine that made them. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
