    Front desk clerk for night check in rude and sarcastic. If not for the check in experience, could have been a nice stay.

    Unfortunately a large empty bus was taking up the front entrance for over 30 minutes when we arrived so we had to carry our luggage through 6 inches of fresh snow in a blizzard. None of the side walks were shoveled at at all which with the amount of snow is definitely a safety concern. Once at the desk the front desk clerk Bambi was extremely rude when we were trying to get a key to our room because we were unable to get a digital key & by pass the desk. She repeatedly kept saying bye bye bye to us in a sarcastic voice. It was unprofessional & rude.

    Perfect location. excellent & response staff. room was clean and fresh. hot breakfast was generous. pool was very accessible and uncrowded. hope to visit again some day.

    I've stayed at Hilton and Hampton Inn all around the country. This room was filthy. I'll never stay here again. You are greeted by a pile of rotting cigarette butts at the entrance. The room was ok at first glance but further inspection revealed it to be disgusting (see photos)
