DATE OF STAY: 11/7/25. This property is absolutely filthy and deplorable. After speaking with the general manager, Tori, it is clear as to why the property is deplorable, not only is she not proficient in what is expected on her property, but she also does not follow up with regards to complaints regarding the property. I submitted these pictures to Jessica, at the front desk, on 11 seven 2025, she called someone to Come and rectify the situation, that rectification included, sending someone with a spray bottle with bleach and a dirty, micro fiber towel. Tory’s team member Ericka express that management only requires that they wipe the surfaces with a cloth, if you are traveling with young children, people susceptible to potential illnesses, this is immediately the worst facility to attend. The amount of mold that was present in the room was absolutely disgusting, my entire family, including my service animal, will be seeking respiratory treatment for respiratory illnesses that have developed since staying on this property. I reached out to the property directly, the general manager was very nasty and was of no help. Thankfully, after reaching out to Hilton directly, they were embarrassed for the way that this property is kept. I requested maintainence multiple times and was given the run around. Please see for yourself and AVOID!! I will be contacting an attorney.

Average or slightly below Hampton standard. Room needed shampoo and conditioner. Had to ask for coffee; only decaf available. Oatmeal was cold.

Typical Hampton in offerings, but was a nice quiet location. Patricia and Bambi on the front desk were gems.
