- JAJosh Adams4 days ago1.0Trust me, DO NOT STAY HERE & I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past, but the new workers are horrendous & you can’t even get key cards for your room since the system is down. First off, I go to check in since I have a reservation (which I chose Cardless option). Then, I am told not only is their card system down so I can’t get my room key for over 1 hours. I was harassed by the extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and RUDE employee named “Pahwasha” at the front desk. I urge BW to watch the footage. She did not know how to do her job, and smiled happily disrespecting me,and tried to deny my room and also pretended to write down the wrong numbers 3-5 times. People like this should not be in this business, because why treat a guest this way especially after your system is down and I have no room key? Good luck best western if your hotels are managed this way….

I also loved that there was a coffee machine with good espresso as well as multiple non-dairy milk options. Bathroom products were really nice. The one downside was there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room.

Cons are only liquid soap in shower, no bar soap, no in room coffee maker, no whole fresh fruit and breakfast. The room is comfortable but basic. In room temperature control worked well and room is quiet. But closest exit doors are exit only and have to walk around to get back in (it rains in Troy). Minimal extras for the cost.
