- MTMichelle TretolaDec 1, 20255.0We went here to stay for the Turkey Trot 5k in Troy. It was super convenient as the run happens right in front of it! We were able to wake up and immediately go outside and run. It couldn’t be easier. Also the service was great. The receptionist was great and always offered a smile! Decorations in the lobby were also beautiful. One constructive criticism i have is that you have to go downstairs and used a shared microwave. I would just suggest putting one in each of the rooms as that seems to be a standard at other places. Prices were fair as well!
- JAJosh AdamsNov 20, 20251.0Trust me, DO NOT STAY HERE & I’ve stayed here multiple times in the past, but the new workers are horrendous & you can’t even get key cards for your room since the system is down. First off, I go to check in since I have a reservation (which I chose Cardless option). Then, I am told not only is their card system down so I can’t get my room key for over 1.5hrs. I was harassed by the extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and RUDE employee named “Pahwasha” at the front desk. I urge BW to watch the footage. She did not know how to do her job, and smiled happily disrespecting me,and tried to deny my room and also pretended to write down the wrong numbers 3-5 times. I had to go out in the cold and sit in my truck, waiting for her to call with a room key available. (had to call BW help number to eventually get her to call with a room key ready after an hour and 30min) Good luck best western if your hotels are managed this way….

I also loved that there was a coffee machine with good espresso as well as multiple non-dairy milk options. Bathroom products were really nice. The one downside was there was no kettle or coffee maker in the room.
