Was unprofessional and passive-aggressive in her communication with me. I was falsely accused of smoking in the lobby, which did not happen, and was told there was “camera evidence,” which was never shown and appeared to be untrue. I am not a smoker!!!!!! The interaction made me feel very uncomfortable, and the tone and treatment I received felt disrespectful and unfair. As a guest, I should not feel targeted or spoken to in that manner, especially when accusations are made without proof. Because of this interaction, I did not feel comfortable during my stay. I would recommend that management address staff professionalism and how guests are approached regarding serious accusations. A hotel stay should feel welcoming and respectful, and unfortunately, this was not my experience.

- KSKeith ShirleyDec 20, 20255.0Nice place, we had a 10 th floor room on the museum side which was a nice view. Was a windy and cold weekend so not much walking around. Staff both day and night were very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in town.
