There was an anomaly where there were items from a room in the hallway that seemed to take forever to get picked up. Only downside is an odd smell throughout the hotel. I will be there on back to back weekend for back to back weddings, so I will update. Shortly.

I provided the exact number of welcome bags for my guests, gave simple instructions to the staff, and told all my guests to make sure they got their bags. However, my cousin and aunt were delayed due to weather and when they checked in, they were told there was no bag for their room. The only possibility is that the staff took the bag meant for their room and lied about it. It was full of snacks and treats for my guests and they assumed that these guests weren’t coming based on their delayed arrival. They also didn’t provide bags to my guests who arrived first and I was luckily present and able to tell them that they need to be giving the bags to the guests checking in. I know they had a note written and the bags were easily accessible. Absolutely ridiculous when they boast about their wedding room block. AVOID USING THEM UNLESS YOU DONT INTEND TO GIVE OUT GIFT BAGS TO GUESTS!
