The room was exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything from the layout to the amenities felt thoughtfully designed, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that truly exceeded my expectations. What really made this stay stand out, however, was the outstanding service from the front desk associate, Emily. She was incredibly warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to any questions I had during my stay, Emily went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Her positive attitude and attentiveness made me feel truly valued as a guest. Because of the beautiful room and Emily’s exceptional hospitality, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Staten Island. I’ll definitely be returning!

Our server, was knowledgeable, provided excellent recommendations, and was attentive without ever being overbearing. The entire staff created a welcoming atmosphere that made the evening feel truly special. Hosts Richard and Lois always personally welcome you.

Would never come back. Extremely disappointed this is not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Already lodged a complaint to Hilton customer service.
- JJJoeNov 2, 20255.0I was staying at this Hotel as an extended stay guest. As a Diamond member I have stayed in many Hiltons, a the HGI SI, is definitely my favorite. The front desk staff is very professional, and always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Especially Sam (AGM); Celeste; Ashvin, William, Kerry, Juliana; Rose; Crystal; and Nikie. Anytime I needed anything they were all quick to provide assistance, and definitely made sure my stay was enjoyable. While I did have some issues with housekeeping, I brought those concerns to the attention of the front desk and they were all addressed and resolved. With regards to housekeeping Jose was amazing and always delivered whatever I needed to my room promptly and professionally. I definitely couldn’t not have asked for a better stay. This Hilton definitely hits the mark and exceeds all expectations. Keep up the great work, and thank you.
