We always have a great time here and the restaurant service is wonderful. We come here annually or a few times a year. Either here or Hampton.

Check-in was a bit unorganized, as we had to enter through the lounge rather than the main doors. Once settled, everything improved. The rooms were very nice—clean, comfortable, and with great beds. Lorenzo restaurant and bar area were convenient, welcoming. Javier at the bar offered good service, even when busy making it an enjoyable place to relax.

Lobby looks great! Looks very high end. Could use some updates in bathroom. No exhaust fan for when showering gonna get mold. Hot water was great after a grueling day walking the city. Literally blisters on my feet and was dreaming of a hott shower when I got back. Body wash they provided smelled AMAZING!. Tank part of toilet looked a lil dirty rest was clean. Showers need serious caulkingand the floor of shower was very rough. Looks like it had a built in textured no slip mat that need some tub updating. I heard they have late night room service no lil notes or anything giving me a menu etc. Over all clean. I tore it apart I am petrified of bed bugs. Clean and simple. Heat works good too.

If you like sleep, don't stay here in December. If you like parties, this is for you. I stay here several times a year. The location is mandated by work. It's usually a fine place.
Except for weekends in December. The ballroom sells out and the DJs play the heaviest bass they can find. Don't expect to sleep. Don't expect the hotel staff to do anything about the noise. Some stays they've offered to relocate me further from the ballroom, but even after being moved to the 7th floor, you could still here.
On this stay, they're sold out, and "there's nothing we can do." 🙄 Which implies, the DJ is going to keep on blasting...
But if you want a loud party that goes until midnight, this place is for you.
