We were waiting for room to be ready 8 hampton executives decided to have meeting right in lobby trying push customers out of the area. Claimed no rooms open early yet in their meeting saying multiple floors had empty rooms last night they just didn't bother cleaning

Op de toiletten van de dames lagen tampons en maandverband. Wat ik dus top vind voor wanneer vrouwen eens een probleem hebben. Het was niet het meest chique hotel, maar wij hadden alles wat we nodig hadden.

The team members at the front desk were very pleasant, check in was a breeze! Our bed and pillows were perfect! I normally don't sleep well at hotels, but I slept like a log Haha! I am very impressed with the Dark Roast coffe! 😁 Normally at hotels you get watered down coffee, which i was expecting. But when I tried it, I was like "Boom!" The food at breakfast is a diverse selection, and very good also! One of my favorite things about the hotel is with the decor! I assume the owner must be a horse lover, and the ambiance is wonderful! Well done! I love the horse decor everywhere! 😁 I highly recommend to stay here! A+++!

I have a broken leg and as soon as the security saw that he brought the luggage cart to me and assisted me all the way up to my room. Very friendly front desk associates and the breakfast was pretty good every day. Any time I’m in Staten Island this will be the spot I stay at! Thank you for a wonderful experience
