  El lugar muy bonito.Aunque la experiencia con la atención de la administradora muy mala.No hubo oportunidad a diálogo con los huéspedes (nosotros). Fué muy ruda y nada amable. Para ser la persona que representa un lugar tan visitado debería De escuchar ,ser flexible y usar criterio. Fuimos a pasar mi cumpleaños y nos dimos esta sorpresa. Ojalá los dueños sepan que un mal elemento en su lindo hotel puede dañar su imagen. Fuimos el 9 de Enero al 11 2026

  I cannot thank the Lodge at Schroon Lake enough for their incredible hospitality this past weekend. The staff truly went above and beyond to make my son’s first birthday weekend an unforgettable success. The food was outstanding—huge thanks to Chef Dan and JP for an amazing dining experience. Chef Dan also personally checked in to ensure every detail regarding the food was exactly as planned, which was greatly appreciated. Service throughout the weekend was exceptional thanks to Emily, Jason, Jess and Justin. Autumn was incredibly thoughtful, checking in to see if we needed any help with setup and cleanup, which was greatly appreciated. Our room block was absolutely perfect, thanks to Harley, who ensured all of our family was accommodated in the same area. Paul and Lisa kept our rooms spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. A very special thank-you to Managing Director Chuck for checking in multiple times during the weekend to make sure everything was perfect. That level of care and attention truly sets this property apart. I cannot recommend the Lodge at Schroon Lake enough—whether for a special event or just a relaxing getaway.

  Our family—visiting from VT, and GA and here in upstate NY —had a fantastic holiday dinner at Schroon Lake Lodge on 12.23.25. The menu was fun, with a variety of great options. We tried the salmon, schnitzel, steak, and a chicken Caesar to name a few, and everyone loved their meal. The special cocktail menu was also a big hit. The entire staff was truly wonderful and deserves a full 5 stars across the board. They handled a tough situation with another table in the dining room with professionalism and grace, which really stood out. Huge thanks to the whole team for making the night so enjoyable. Special shout-out to JP, the evening’s host — two thumbs up 👍👍!

  We hosted both a client retreat and a wedding back-to-back at The Lodge at Schroon Lake this fall, and the experience was absolutely outstanding. The catering was exceptional, and the service was seamless from start to finish. The staff at LSL is professional, personable, and down-to-earth, and we worked with several team members across sales, catering, event operations, etc. Every interaction - from Dani, Emily, Benny, Garrett, Devon, JP, Kelsey, Hunter, Gokay, to Marius - was thoughtful, caring, and professional. Their adaptability and attention to detail ensured that every moment of both events went smoothly, even with complex logistics and multiple moving parts.   I had the privilege of staying at the Lodge over the past summer. The accommodations were amazing. In particular, the bartender (Jason, I believe) was about the coolest bartender that I've come across in my years, coupled with the drinks being perfectly on point. I enjoyed my stay, and I would highly recommend.
