What an amazing few days, right from the start. Food was excellent, staff was very helpful, and treatments were excellent. I was thoroughly relaxed when I left.

Hotel Brookmere was a wonderful place for a weekend getaway with the wife. The room was gorgeous, quiet and incredibly comfortable. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for local activities and restaurants, and were very accommodating when we needed more towels - i think we waited 3 minutes before there was knock at our door and someone had our new towels. '
The Arbour Spa was delightful, and while they were all booked for massages, we were able to book a couples facial - and it was delightful.
The Regent restaurant was very good as well. The elk was lean and flavorful, the drinks were original and tasty, but the standout was the french onion soup. It was duck consomme based and used raclette as opposed to gruyere as the cheese. Incredible!!!

It’s comical to have this hotel market itself as 4 stars..
I frequently travel for work and have had better experiences at just about any hotel I’ve stayed at in the past few years.
I checked into my room and it was clearly not cleaned at all. There was hair in the shower, on my “new” towels, on the door tracks, all over the bathroom floor, feces/vomit stains on the carpet. These stains were not embedded into the carpet either, it was still surface level where there was texture to it. Could have easily been steamed off.
To my dissatisfaction, I expressed these concerns to the front desk of the hotel. The person working said he would let his manager know at 5pm (this was at 8am). He then told me they would comp a free dinner at the hotel restaurant and have a manager reach out to me. This was on Monday, 11/10, and it is now Thursday 11/13 and I have heard nothing from said manager.
Another front desk worker claimed the manager tried to reach me by calling my room phone.. yes, I’m serious. Of all lines of communication, when they have my cell phone and email on file, they think the best way to communicate with a hotel guest is by calling their room phone during the work day. All while knowing I’m here for work and gone during the day. Even a sticky note would’ve been a better attempt than what was claimed by the front desk worker.
I had also requested daily cleaning for my room, and that never happened. The feces/vomit stain is still in the carpet as well.
The lack of respect this “4 star” hotel shows is shocking to say the least. I am an extremely simple person to please and expect common courtesy and decency at the minimum, and clearly that was not expressed. It’s not even worth my time leaving reviews like this, but I feel as if this was warranted.

Hotel renovation is beautiful! Service was excellent (thanks Zach!!!). We had a fantastic time at the wedding and our hotel accommodations were top notch. We even were able to check in early which was so appreciated with wanting to get ready for the wedding onsite. Thanks again!

An upscale boutique hotel recently beautifully renovated. The rooms are gorgeous. The furnishings and decor are stunning. Excellent comfortable mattresses. All furniture is comfortable and well appointed. They have the staff to go along with this luxury. Joan with Zach & Tim at front desk were especially friendly and helpful, as is the room service looking to please. Our stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is in this area.
