  There was no soap in the shower, no ice bucket in the room and disappointed that there was no sauna, hot tub or indoor room. Why was i charged a resort fee when their was nothing to offer with my spa?

  From arrival to departure, this was a 10/10 experience. My wife, baby, dog and I arrived early at around 3pm and check-in isn’t normally until 4pm. They expedited our room, processed our paperwork for our service animal so we were not charged, gave him extra treats, and (I believe) provided us a complimentary upgrade into an amazing lofty room in the old barn section of the hotel. Christy did all of this without hesitation or skipping a beat. When navigating to our room we got a little lost and the housekeepers immediately escorted us in the right direction and gave us extra things for the room and were so kind and helpful. I believe this 5-star hospitality originated from the manager Zachary, as we were greeted on Day 2 with a request to extend to a late checkout which he immediately accommodated. Even the restaurant staff were amazing and loved our son and knew him by name right away. 10/10 experience all around and would stay again in a heartbeat when traveling to/through the area.

  My husband and I stayed in the Saratoga Suite which was just gorgeous. The fireplace and little extras made our stay so comfortable and it felt like home away from home. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. It was evident their mission was to give the guest the best experience possible. I highly recommend staying at the Brookemere in Saratoga!

  We stayed overnight in a king spa room and had a couples massage. From the moment we walked in to the beautiful lobby and fireplace, we felt welcomed! Jennifer and then Christy made us feel at home. Their kind and helpful demeanor was lovely. I can’t rave enough about my spa experience! Linda was my therapist and Barbara was my husband’s. We left there completely refreshed. We get massages whenever we are traveling and this one was exceptional. Maddy in the restaurant was a great server and the food excellent. We enjoyed it so much we are returning in August. Room has been booked!

  This place is sexy, stylish and very professional. While I cannot speak to the spa services, I found our hotel room perfect for a Valentine’s Day get away from the city. The nature around the property was gorgeous and serene. Staff were incredible and generous. I am so glad to have found this location.
