  I wish I remembered the front desk associate’s name, but I truly hope management sees this because the service I received was outstanding. I had booked through Expedia and realized last minute on “Christmas Day” that the room would be too small with my kids arriving the next day. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to accommodate a full refund so I could rebook elsewhere. Especially on a holiday like Christmas, her compassion and professionalism meant so much. I’m extremely grateful and can’t thank her enough for how smoothly she handled a stressful situation. Exceptional customer service.

  I had an excellent stay at Holiday Inn Saratoga Springs by IHG, and it’s easily the best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at anywhere in the country. The hotel stands out because of its deep connection to the history of Saratoga Springs, which gives it a unique character you don’t usually find with chain hotels. The atmosphere is welcoming, the property is well maintained, and the historical elements really add to the experience rather than feeling forced. It’s clear the hotel embraces the area’s heritage while still providing a comfortable and modern stay. If you’re visiting Saratoga Springs and want a place with character, history, and solid comfort, this Holiday Inn is an excellent choice. I’d absolutely stay here again.
