- KRKie RaShonJan 4, 20265.0First visit to Saranac Lake for 1 night. It snowed and looked like a Hallmark holiday movie! We had a suite for our family of 5. It was huge. Clean. 2 queens and a pull out couch. Enough linens. It is not located in main building but it is connected to free garage parking and not far from main entrance. My in laws had a regular room and did say it was smaller than expected but still nice. The restaurant downstairs was good. We had brunch. Service, food, and esthetic were a 10/10.

- RGRebecca GijantoNov 16, 20255.0This hotel is so beautiful. We loved all the amenities at the hotel. We had a couples massage in the Spa that was probably the best massage I had ever received. The only thing to mention is the walls in the rooms are very thin and I could hear everything. I’m a light sleeper so that’s huge for me. The room was super small. My husband and I could not even walk through the room at the same time, as well as the bathroom being tiny. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We definitely will be back!

The hotel is charming and elegant, and the Ember Room was filled with beautiful natural light from its large windows. The food was excellent, and the staff were attentive and kind throughout the event. Blake, our Sales Manager, was a pleasure to work with—so helpful and easy as he guided me through the arrangements. It was a lovely setting for a meaningful day.
