Stayed in a suite in other building. Rooms sucked, amenities were excellent.
Negatives first- The beds were awful, and the walls were very thin(could hear whole conversations in next room), over unclean rooms. The worse part was thr bathroom, it was gross. Scale, mold, etc all over. The sink was gross but the shower was awful. Design with 1/3 glass wall was ridiculous, flooded room with every shower.
Positives- staff was great, check in was easy. Downstairs restaurant was good, but limited times because of short staff. Gym has solid choice of equipment. The spa experience was amazing. Complimentary steam room and shower in the locker room, massage therapist was strong and proficient.

I specifically chose this property because it is part of The Hotel Collection through the American Express Platinum Card, and I also hold Hilton Honors Gold status. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to fully experience the benefits that influenced my decision to book here.
Upon arrival, the front desk mentioned they would check for possible room upgrades and update me, but I never received any follow-up. I had also requested a late checkout when booking and followed up both the day before and the morning of checkout (Sunday 8:30 AM), but was told there was no availability. While I understand these benefits are subject to availability, it was disappointing not to receive them.
Breakfast at Campfire on Sunday around 9 AM was also challenging. My daughter and I waited about 20 minutes just to speak with a server, only to be told there would be an additional 30-minute wait due to limited staffing, despite several open tables. We were advised to try nearby restaurants, which made it difficult to use the $130 credit included with the booking.
The building itself is charming but older, and with only one elevator serving guests, it added to the inconvenience during our stay. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and unfortunately, I would likely choose another property in the future.

I really did not want to give a low review. The restaurant is fantastic, bar is great but be advised they do not serve any food at the bar in case that matters to you. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and spacious. If you have the need, please be aware mobility issues will be difficult to accommodate. Due to the ball room being closed for an event, you would need to navigate stairs to get to an elevator. If the ball room is open, it takes a little navigating and elevator changes but you could get to your room without stairs. Absolutely do not stay here when they have events in the ball room if you want to actually use that comfortable room to get sleep. Currently sitting in bed listening to bass vibrating through the entire hotel. Unfortunately I booked a room for actual sleep (early morning and so on.) If you can sleep through bass resonating in your chest or can stay up later in the evening you should be fine and will enjoy your stay. Only a few more hours of this and with luck I can get to bed by midnight assuming the folks leaving the party and going back to their rooms don't carry the party back with them. Apologies if I sound cranky, been listening to the bass downstairs and loud people outside for a few hours already and have a few more to go and it's been a rough day, was just needing to get some sleep before another long day. The front desk was unable to do anything. I would not have made/kept the reservation if they would have just let me know there would be a loud party. I really did need my sleep this trip. So, be cautious and ask specific questions before booking a room here if any of these issues are important to your stay. Absolutely visit the restaurant though. Amenities, nice decor, and a 5 star restaurant just don't make up for lack of sleep so this trip is two stars.
