    Complete trash 🗑️, the hotel incidental fee is $250 for one night so if you stay here five nights that's $1,000. Stay away Long Island is a terrible place and the Hampton inn is a dumpster fire like the NY Jets.. Run away as fast as you can..!!!

    My husband and I stayed at this hotel two weeks ago and we found the staff to be top notch. The room we were assigned to had a slight odor (cleaning supplies?), and upon sharing my concern with Nick at the front desk, he immediately moved us to another room. He was very apologetic, said he wanted to do whatever he needed to do to make our stay comfortable. He was empathetic and sincere, and we were grateful for his understanding. The next room was clean, neat, and the bathroom was spotless. Daily breakfast is served around the fountain in the atrium space, lovely. Cecilia made each morning special for us; her glowing smile, friendly disposition, and we heard her tell each guest to please tell her what she could do for them. At one point she asked my husband if he liked bacon (sausages were on the buffet), and soon after he said "yes," she appeared with a plate of bacon just for him. Wow! Never had that kind of caring service at any hotel prior to this one. The hotel is a five minute walk to a string of restaurants and pubs. We had fun exploring Rockville Centre, and enjoyed getting to know some of the locals. We will certainly return to the Hampton Inn when we visit family.

    Really nice & cozy stay at this hotel. The best around I must add. Greetings as soon as you walk in and all staff are very nice and welcoming. Rooms are very clean and quiet and bars & restaurants within walking distance. A great area to stroll,shop and more.
