It was a ROUGH travel day and I had been traveling for 40 hours from southeast asia and was exhausted. They man at the front desk (maybe his name was Antonio? I was too tired to remember but he had a black sparkly nose stud) was so kind to me and he even gave me late check out so I could relax. He was the first person to be kind and helpful that day and it was really needed. The man helping me check out in the morning, Bryan, was also wonderful. The breakfast was a great continental breakfast, the room was comfy, the towels were new and fluffy, and I loved the soap and lotion. The only point of feedback is that the hotel should provide curtains that actually close all the way both for privacy and to block out light--especially staying on the first floor. Seems rather silly to just have the gauzy ones when you want privacy and to sleep. I had an eye mask and just changed in the bathroom. Anyway, thanks to the staff for making this as good as it could be during a tough day:)
