- TDT D2 days ago5.0This is my first time in Rochester and Lanell was so nice to send us the hotel shuttle and gave us clear directions how to get to it. She was so accommodating as well when we got to the hotel and welcoming. Ruby was our driver and we felt right at home and very welcome. They both are super friendly and genuinely caring and helpful. Thank you so much for all your help, smiles and kindness! Much appreciated!! Put me at ease right away!

The front desk staff were flexible and quick to figure out how to accommodate us, the manager was especially helpful the next morning, and the whole experience was just great. Stacks onto other positive Staybridge experiences I’ve had!

Shout out to Chef Kal and Chef Mark for the incredible food; the servers Iana, Rosemary, and Jason for the lovely service; and Carla, Ruby, and Marilyn's contribution behind the scenes. I highly recommend hosting a large, banquet-style event at Staybridge!

Upon arriving we were greeted by Jeff at front desk who was so personable and accommodating - helped us with our many queries Chef Mark prepared the wonderful buffet and he was right on top of everything - always stocked with plenty of food. Housekeeping was exceptional - and very friendly! Can’t wait for a return visit!

We were very impressed. Jesus Santiago at the front desk, is exceptionally good with excellent customer service skills. He catered to our personalized needs. Iana helped us check in, she was exceptionally good too and polite with excellent customer service. I believe the staff here are trained well and have great customer service skills. Thank you
