- VHValerie HardoonApr 6, 20263.0Does NOT have a business center or access to laundry services for guests. States 24/7 front desk but typically nobody is at the desk overnight... Asked to have my room cleaned as I've been here a week with no cleaning service, but no success. I asked front desk for toilet paper and they said they were giving us the last two rolls from the entire hotel, which the front desk employee had to obtain from upstairs... It does have a pool and small fitness center as advertised advertised, but again, no computer access or printer availability and no laundry or washer machines for guest use. Very disappointing as someone traveling on business who is staying for a month and was hoping to use the business center and laundry services... Probably okay for a quick overnight stay but overall would NOT recommend.

When we arrived at three there front desk person who seemed more like a gang member i,n his Glock hoodie, than a hotel worker started swearing at me about how my room wasn't ready and that it could be 3-4 hours before it.would be ready. No apologies. Just curse words. We chose to stay elsewhere.
