- BBBrittany Bauer2 days ago5.0This hotel was one of the best we’ve stayed at! Our suite was newly renovated and very clean and modern. When we checked in Jesus made us feel right at home. The location was very convenient as well, minutes from RIT & Blue Cross Arena. The best part of our stay was Chef Mike! He made a point to greet all the guests and make sure breakfast was just perfect. He was very polite and personable, talking with him set the tone to have a fantastic day. The food was WONDERFUL too! You can tell when someone truly loves what they do. Keep up the great work Chef Mike!

They offered a small breakfast buffet that included fruit and gluten free options. What prompted me to give this review was Joanne the manager. I was charged 2x for the room due to a billing error on chase travel and she has been so helpful in communicating with both them and me to get it resolved. I was prepared for a huge headache but she took care of everything and let me know exactly the next steps.

Special thanks to Jesus and Tom who I dealt with the most and were especially friendly and kind. This is a gem. everyone should stay here! PS a shout out to whoever did the Christmas decor. It was warm and welcoming and very festive.
