Contacted customer care and they called to let us check-in but the guy just wont let us, saying its not there in the system. we had to look for a new place at that time. Just HORRIBLE!

We did not find out until we walked up to the room and went back down to the lobby to check. The staff said we booked at a discount rate (which was not true and he could not confirm) and the party we booked with only put in a request, not an actual confirmation. I showed him my reservation confirmation for a 2 queen standard room and he apologized and changed our room to a king with a pull out room immediately. Very disappointed with a big brand like this.
