- DHdavid HannonDec 28, 20255.0The hotel was great and reasonable. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We were traveling thru the snowstorm on Friday night. I was arriving much later than expected. I call from the road. The overnight desk person, named Robert, said no problem. Whenever you get here is fine. I'll be the one at the front desk when you arrive. Very friendly and helpful put my mind at ease. Room was comfortable but surprisingly cold. We turned on the heat, took a little time but did get up to appropriate temperature. Number 2 the free breakfast was great. Fully maintained by Erica. Food was hot and plentiful. I saw her cleaning up the seating area. Thorough job. The cinnamon rolls were better than average, kept warm and covered so they wouldn't dry out. . For variety see the picture. I highly recommend and on our future trips to Rochester. Dave

Contacted customer care and they called to let us check-in but the guy just wont let us, saying its not there in the system. we had to look for a new place at that time. Just HORRIBLE!
