People here were solid. The rooms could use some investment. First room we walked into had a bathroom floor covered in water. Someone didn’t shut the shower off and it was dripping long enough to cause that. Front desk was great and got us a new room right away.
Second room was good, but the shower nozzle was a major inconvenience.
Rooms were very clean. Reminder that DT doesn’t do complimentary breakfast. People said the breakfast place was good inside though.
Again, just needs some investment in the parking lot and rooms.

Do not go unless you want to experience a headache. Beds are ok, tacky old decor with cracking popcorn ceilings above your head. Tvs have android boxes hanging loosely from behind. Small fridge, no microwave -however, there is the worlds oldest and grossest one to share next to the ice machine. 0 vending machines. Small coffee maker with enough for 1 cup and 1 sugar. We specifically booked the room because of the indoor pool for our 9 year old autistic son. At no time were we made aware the pool was not in service and drained halfway. To a child such as ours, communication is very hard and he did not understand why "daddy couldn't fix it". That set the tone for the entire stay. This should be told on the website and phone when reserving. There was no Jacuzzi or anything else besides a couple broken old treadmills in the lobby. For Hilton to stick it's name on this is a joke. Do better.

Hockey tournament at the double tree was less than acceptable. First of all was locked in the pool area for about 20minutes because the door locks ceased up. I assisted the maintenance man as he tried to crow bar the door open. After that I assisted family’s to step over chairs to get out of the locked area.Second of all called the front desk to assist us with a broken fridge, told us to hit the reset button, worked for maybe an hour and then went dead, ended up loosing our parish able food. They did replace the next day. And good thing because he let me in my room because all of our keys got deactivated. Around 3am fire alarm goes off waking the whole place up. Good thing I didn’t use the stairs because the first floor was blocked off. And that was just the first day. About 5-6 Saturday alarm goes off again and it’s starts feeling like a boy who cries wolf situation. God forbid it be a real emergency. At 10pm alarm goes off again , at this point I want to speak to a manager and did. First Arron and he said kids were pulling the alarm and destroying the hotel.but I truly believe there was a major electrical issue with this place( computers down, alarm resetting, ect…)After Arron, I spoke with Jerome? He said he was the manager, he said he would contact us if we left our number, we did and still no response.

Weekend hockey tournament. To start with, a pair of women’s underwear was found under the couch when we checked in. It took four visits/calls to the front desk before someone finally came and removed them. Saturday morning at 3am the fire alarm went off, everyone had to evacuate and sit in their cars/outside for 30 minutes. Saturday afternoon 2 out of the 3 stairwells closed down due to flooding. Also Saturday afternoon everyone’s key cards in the hotel were deactivated, requiring everyone staying there to line up at the front desk to get new keys. Saturday evening at 830 the fire alarm goes off again, requiring everyone to evacuate. 2 hours later guess what happens? Fire alarm goes off again requiring everyone to evacuate. Mind you, everyone needs to evacuate with two stairwells closed down and only 2 functioning elevators. Our children cried all night long worried the fire alarms would go off again. Worst experience ever. Do not stay here

Not my first stay at this property. There were issues in the restaurant, so breakfast was served in the atrium for the first two days. I get it, it was cold outside. For two days, I ate a cold breakfast, cold French toast and cold eggs. I doubt think it was the servers fault but perhaps purchase the stainless food covers so I can eat a warm/hot breakfast. I also needed to wear my coat for breakfast. Could you turn the heat up just a bit? The Bistro was open on day 3. Great, I can take my coat off to eat breakfast. But, no bread??? No toast??? I watched the Sysco truck deliver food on day 1. Did we not order enough bread? Could someone run to the corner store to buy bread? I am guessing poor management, not the staff’s fault. They looked like they were doing the best they can.
