  WiFi was terrible; barely 1–2 Mbps. My Verizon signal kept dropping to SOS, so even hotspot wasn’t usable. I had work to do and got nothing done. Breakfast was mediocre. Pancake machine was out of order and no one seemed to care. Bathroom vanity is ridiculously small; unacceptable for a hotel room. Needs serious improvement. Mp laundry bag in the closet. Outdated gym with broken/missing pieces.

  The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff who were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. They made me feel valued as a guest right away, which set the tone for the entire experience. Will definitely book again.

  Stayed here twice and always very clean and well maintained. Love the whole bean fresh ground coffee! Perfect for when I visit my daughter at college

  Hotel met all basic needs, but service was slow. Getting replacement towels and blankets was a challenge. had to go to the desk and ask for them twice and was told service was slow because there was only one person on duty and they were on a 45-minute phone call. Also, there's little in the way of restaurants nearby, nothing in walking distance so everything's up the highway a bit. Not terribly far, but not terribly close either. Just far enough to be inconvenient. The hot water also took time when it was turned on, at least on the 4th floor. It took about five full minutes to get heat but it did come eventually.
