    One of the best Hilton experiences we have had! Yvonne at the front reception was great. We asked for a late check out and got it, the room was excellent and clean. Even a ceiling fan! Loved this hotel and staff. Would definitely stay again. We are Hilton Gold members and properties do very widely, this is one of the best.

    We stayed here during a winter storm and had a wonderful experience. We were traveling with children with special needs and found the hotel to be very accommodating and comfortable for our family. The one-bedroom suite was spacious, clean, and well laid out, with a full kitchen and refrigerator that made meals easy. Having separate living and sleeping areas was extremely helpful. The pool was also great for the kids and provided a calm, enjoyable way for them to relax. Despite the weather, everything felt well organized and the atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. The staff were kind and helpful, and the overall environment made what could have been a stressful situation feel much easier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Homewood Suites to other families, especially those traveling with children who need extra space and a supportive, comfortable environment.

    As soon as we got there we was greeted by a very nasty receptionist who made it clear that she was not giving us a room due to our skin color, this was my first time experiencing prejudice because of my skin color. My husband asked what did he do to make her be so nasty to us, but it wasn't what he did it was the color of our skin. All he did was ask if she could help us with the online reservation and she blew up, got mad and told us to leave. So we drove to Kingston and went to the Hampton inn and the staff was super nice. I will never go to Homewood again, nor will I forget the receptionist with the rotten teeth and nasty attitude.!!!
