- TBTanya BachmanDec 21, 20255.0Dylan checked us in on Friday night! He was warm, welcoming, well-informed of the train schedule and close by eateries. He was so good to my kids, giving us extra towels and linens, and pillows!! The morning breakfasts were amazing!! There’s eggs, oatmeal, cereal, a make your own waffle station, bagels, sausage and bacon among many other things. As an upstate NY’er small town care means everything for us and that’s what you get here. Thank you to the staff for sanitary accommodations, 5 star service and HUGE rooms!! 1 room had 2 beds and a pull out sofa and my whole family of 6 fit with room for them to play their VR headset!! The room had a kitchen with coffee maker, dish washer and dishes(including cutlery) a mid sized fridge and a microwave!! This was PERFECT for a big family! We will be staying here again!!

The hotel is conveniently situated just outside downtown Poughkeepsie, among many plazas and stores. This is a newer property with plenty of parking and modern amenities in their spacious rooms. A free breakfast buffet is provided in the lobby area, they have a fitness center and an indoor pool also on the first floor. The biggest downside was not being able to turn off the radiator in the room (from the wall controls nor the buttons on the unit) so it constantly ran and kept me up all night. I would recommend this hotel for anyone in the area for a short or longer stay, as long as you're a heavy sleeper.
- SMSusan MNov 15, 20255.0Spotless hotel. Check in with Sandy was perfect - and the the text messages regarding the stay was a really nice touch, she even got us in our room early. The room is huge - so much space, kitchen was appointed with every need possible and well thought out.
