Easy to get in and out of the parking lot with a back entrance behind the bank at the light as well as front entrances. The room was clean, the bed was a little soft for us but still comfortable enough. There is a big screen TV and mini refrigerator in the room. Outlets and USB plug ins are thoughtfully located beside the bed and at the side of the dresser/tv stand as well as at the desk so there’s plenty of space to charge all your devices. The AC is efficient and warmed the room quickly when the temperatures dropped at night. The negatives: the sink could have a little more counter space, it doesn’t have space for more than a couple of toothbrushes. The rooms aren’t very well noise insulated - there was a wedding going on and we got to be woken up by the party-goers in the hallway. I also got to hear our neighbor’s music playing through the bathroom wall. The staff were great. Friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc.

The director of sales and marketing, Indira Naidu, was so helpful with our planning. She made sure everything went smoothly for my husband and I and our guests. She helped us set up an after party on the back patio - it was a great atmosphere and our guests had a great time continuing the celebrations at the hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus for us and our guests! Thank you to Indira and the rest of the team at the Hampton Inn & Suites for helping make our wedding weekend perfect!
