We stayed new years eve which was a very busy night at this location as they partnered with a local restaurant to provide a discounted rate for the stay and complimentary transportation to and from the venue. Although I was not there for this event I was given the full attention to detail and assurance that my stay would be a pleasurable experience. The staff handled the busy hotel by with patience and professionalism. Upon arriving to my room I couldn't help but notice we were in the culinary institute of America suite. My husband is in operations at the CIA so needless to say he was thrilled to have had this suite. The suite was clean, spacious and well stocked. The beds were amazingly comfortable and the pillows were to die for! Although we are locals to the area we were looking for dining suggestions and the front desk suggested Texas Roadhouse and offered me a coupon for 10% off for being a guest at the hotel. This was an added perk for choosing this hotel. I was super excited to be offered this discount as I am the senior ma5at the

Communication between me, Indira, and Peter was always quick and easy via email, which made the entire process simple. Many of our guests utilized the block for both the night before and the night of our wedding, filling all 20 standard rooms and 2 suites, and we were even able to add 5 additional standard rooms as needed. We also booked the Liberty Room for our ceremony rehearsal, which was clean, set up exactly as needed, and perfect for our group. In addition, we hosted a small welcome gathering in the breakfast area by the lobby, which worked out wonderfully and was a great space for guests to mingle. The only thing we wish had been different was having the hotel block rooms located closer together, as our guests were spread out across different floors. However, this was a minor inconvenience overall, and the experience was still very positive.
